  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.

  • We require photos of the item for verification.

3. Processing Your Refund

  • Once your refund is approved, you will be responsible for shipping costs (shipping labels) -applies if customer wants to return refunded product

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

  • (Note) It is solely up to the customer on whether or not they want to keep a refunded item, or return it.
