Unfortunately, as of right now, we do not offer international shipping, we only ship to the USA

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at Contact@ZoiePatrizia.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, we will try our best to compensate you.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a refund.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and tags.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days if you choose to return your refunded item.
